Summer Spring Hotel is a brand new with 75 rooms located in Soi 1, North Pattaya. The hotel is owned by the group behind Sandy Spring Hotel.

Location
You are just a few meters from Pattaya Beach road, and just a few hundred meters from one of the largest shopping malls in town, Central Festival Centre (also known as Big C).
On the nightlife side you have the bars in Soi 2 in the street next to you. A Baht Bus will take you down to the nightlife in Soi 7-8 in few minutes, and to Walking Street in around 5 minutes.

Spacious, comfortable rooms with balcony, bahtroom with bathtub, air condition, cable TV, minibar, WIFI access for a fee, hairdryer, in-room safe and room service.
All rooms have the same size with the exception of the suite.
